Our on-site coded welders are certified by SGS Test Body (CEOC Member Organisation) for the weld procedure EN15614-1, 2004 and are qualified to the standard of BS EN 287-1:2004 with the stated approvals of Cat ll, lll and lV pressure equipment, as required by the Pressure Equipment Directive – 97/23/EC Annex 1 – Para 3.1.2. Copies of these certificates are available upon request.
We operate with a full traceability system (H.I.S), each unique part number can be traced from quotation stage, through the manufacturing process and finally to the finished product. We can also incorporate your part numbers using this system, these would be stored on our system as item numbers, also ensuring you a hassle free re-ordering process.

Every hose we manufacture is available with Material Certification, Test Certification and Certificate of Conformity upon request.
